Flip was studying psychology at the University of Arizona to become a clinical hypnotist. He developed techniques to help people get in touch with their subconscious mind and address issues as stress, weight control, smoking and sleep disorders. Doctors, dentists and patients allergic to anesthesia come to Flip for help. He assisted a dentist who operated on a patient for 2 hours without anesthetic and when the patient awakened without any pain, and they couldn’t believe it!
